Being a pianist since a very young age, and being a piano and dance teacher for many years, I can tell you about the real benefits of interacting with music in all life stages, especially learning how to play a piano. The Art of Science Learning, directed by Harvey Seifter, is a National Science Foundation-funded initiative that uses the arts to spark creativity in science education and the development of an innovative 21st Century STEM workforce. She has wide-reaching interests in American preK-12 education, but is particularly passionate about cultivating quality, reflective, common sense, synergistic school systems that promote powerful teaching and learning.

Her practice centers on connecting educators, youth and families with place through interdisciplinary education using memory, story, play and art making through community art /ecology projects, livelihoods training, teacher professional development and educational research and practice.

Our productions provide children with an opportunity to be a part of a live stage performance. Join this growing community of educators and artists from around the world who congregate once a year to explore how the arts can inspire the kind of teaching that transforms requirements into passion-driven learning. Sukyi Choi-Kim is a private violin teacher, as well as a string instructor in Fountain Valley elementary schools for the Arts and Learning Conservatory. The course is mandatory for research candidates within the Art, Technology and Design programme.

There is always only one pianist on stage and in the center of the attention, while there are many artists with other instruments like violin, trumpets and so on. Children conquer fear of performing very early; they may become super speakers even at the White House later.

Debora embraces her community with participation on various arts commissions like the Cultural Arts Committee for the city of Costa Mesa, the Arts Alliance of California, and the Orange County Music and Arts Administrator Association. Rebecca was a former student at Arts and Learning and has been a member of the A&L family for over ten years now. Research has also found a causal link between music and spatial intelligence, which means that understanding music can help children visualize various elements that should go together, like they would do when solving a math problem.
